IPUR

Institut pro udržitelný rozvoj (IPUR) is a Czech organisation working to address challenges linked to unsustainable production and consumption, climate change, and biodiversity loss. It promotes sustainable and effective public administration and works to combat corruption and clientelism. Its activities also include supporting education, particularly students’ reading and mathematical literacy and their ability to recognise corruption.

IPUR offers tailored consultations and advisory services, as well as interactive training, seminars, and workshops for municipalities, businesses, schools, and the public. Its projects cover climate protection, responsible consumption, the effective use of public funds, and anti-corruption initiatives. In cooperation with the nonprofit organisation Čmelák, it also supports the restoration and creation of wetlands.

The institute develops public campaigns and practical resources, including analyses, articles, teacher materials, materials for elected representatives, infographics, quizzes, and educational comics. Through its projects and services, IPUR shares expertise and encourages people and organisations to work together on practical solutions for a more sustainable society and accountable public institutions.
