iQ Student Accommodation

Its locations range from London, Manchester and Edinburgh to smaller university destinations such as Bangor, Bath and Egham. Students can search by city, university or building, compare room types and facilities, and choose a room using site floor plans. Accommodation options include Saver Rooms, which offer essential features at selected locations, and studios, some of which are available for dual occupancy. Residents can book individually or arrange to live near friends, and viewings are offered in person, by phone or through virtual tours.

The weekly fee covers rent and household bills, including electricity, water and superfast WiFi. Depending on the property, shared amenities may include gyms, roof terraces, social spaces, laundry rooms and secure bicycle storage. iQ also promotes events and clubs through its iQ Life programme, helping residents connect with one another.
