IQualiteit

IQualiteit is a Dutch practice specialising in IQ assessments for children and guidance related to high giftedness. It supports parents and teachers who want to better understand a child’s abilities, learning needs, and wellbeing, particularly when giftedness is suspected or a child is struggling at school for reasons that are unclear. The practice conducts assessments for children from across the Netherlands, including families travelling from several provinces.

Assessments are designed to be child-friendly, helping children feel comfortable and engaged while completing the tasks. IQualiteit considers more than cognitive abilities such as reasoning, thinking, and problem-solving: the child’s emotional and social development is also taken into account. Building a connection with the child is central to understanding their learning potential and creating a fuller picture of how they learn, what they can do, and what they need to thrive. Following the assessment, IQualiteit provides practical guidance for parents and, where appropriate, the child’s teacher. Its aim is to help adults better support the child’s development and sense of wellbeing.
