The Iran Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center is a healthcare and rehabilitation provider established in 2004 by neurologists and rehabilitation specialists, with authorization from Iran’s Ministry of Health. It operates central and west Tehran branches and provides services using internationally recognized approaches alongside newer rehabilitation methods. The center focuses on children and people who need support with movement, communication, and daily functioning.

Its services include mental, physical, hand, and sensory-motor occupational therapy; speech therapy; play therapy; pediatric physiotherapy; and online occupational and speech therapy. The center also offers appointments, patient consultation, and digital services, including a client portal and a walking-prediction system for children. It reports having accepted more than 18,200 cases and held over 421,000 therapy sessions.

In 2010, it received a specialized license for rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy. The organization also shares rehabilitation information and maintains a directory for rehabilitation centers across Iran. Its work includes the use of the Gait Plate, a support device designed by occupational therapist Farhang Mohammadi to assist balance, standing, and walking in children with cerebral palsy
