About Inštitút Rodinného Biznisu
Inštitút Rodinného Businessu is dedicated to supporting and developing family businesses in Slovakia. With a mission to professionalize the management of family firms, their goal is to ensure the wealth of these businesses is enhanced from one generation to the next. As an organization, they strive to facilitate successful generational transitions, assist with the establishment and management of family councils, and help create family charters.
They also connect members of family businesses with experts in the field and other family enterprises, fostering knowledge exchange and collaboration. Inštitút Rodinného Businessu offers services such as potential assessment of family businesses, succession readiness audits, successor compass programs, and strategic consulting. They also provide educational platforms such as the Academy of Successors and organize events like the International Congress of Family Enterprises.
