IRDH, or International Research and Development for Human Beings, is a pioneering research institute dedicated to knowledge dissemination across various disciplines for the betterment of humanity. Established in January 2012, IRDH has been at the forefront of education, with Youth Leadership Center, Children Leadership School, and School of International Programs benefiting over 25,000 students. Led by Director Cakti Indra Gunawan, IRDH focuses on eliminating boundaries and providing free education to those in need.

Their vision is to spread knowledge globally, regardless of nationality, race, or social status, aiming for a peaceful and well-civilized world. Through research, education, and human resource development, IRDH strives to establish the Star International University for underprivileged children. The symbol of IRDH, a shining yellow star, embodies their commitment to enlightenment and independence in knowledge, with a focus on peace and serenity.
