Iridanos is the Greek Ministry of Labour and Social Security’s integrated information system for occupational health and safety. Operated by the General Secretariat for Labour Relations, the platform provides a central source of guidance and digital services for workers, employers, businesses, organisations and other stakeholders. Its purpose is to help protect workers, support organisational wellbeing, improve compliance with national and European legislation, and encourage the prevention of workplace risks.

The platform offers information on occupational safety and health legislation, strategies, research, statistics and guidance for workers and employers. Its digital services include training programmes for workers and employers, technical safety training, asbestos-removal training, and information on internal and external prevention services. Online tools provide access to national and European legislation, self-paced learning and assessment, OiRA risk-assessment resources, and guidance for Seveso establishments. Users can also consult a support office, manage relevant data, learn about psychosocial risks and mental health at work, and find information and forms concerning workplace exposure to carcinogenic, mutagenic and reproductive-toxic substances.
