About Irish Agricultural Internships
Irish Agricultural Internships is a brand that offers fully paid internships to students and recent graduates on farms across Ireland. With a focus on providing a safe and secure environment, IAI carefully inspects each farm before matching interns with the right placement. Interns have the opportunity to choose the type of farm they wish to work on, such as dairy or beef, and IAI ensures a suitable match.
Host farms provide accommodation, meals, and a weekly stipend for interns. Before starting their internships, IAI provides an introductory day that covers important elements like team building, manual handling, intercultural competency, and farm safety. The brand also assists with transportation and acts as a liaison between interns and the host farms.
Upon completion of the internship, interns receive a certificate of completion, manual handling training, and a recommendation/reference from IAI.
