Arc Intelligence provides an AI operating platform for mid-sized and private-equity-backed business groups that rely on ERP systems. Its platform connects data from SAP, DATEV, proALPHA, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite and other systems, bringing information from multiple companies into one view. Arc uses read-only access through APIs, database connectors or DATEV exports; it does not write to ERP systems or require data migration.

The platform includes an AI Controller for questions about financial results, customers and orders, as well as automations that generate and deliver reports. Its tools support financial analysis, margin and sales monitoring, working capital management, checks for issues such as duplicate payments and missing master data, and oversight during ERP migrations. Users can trace figures back to their underlying entries, while reports are versioned and require approval before they are sent.

Arc says it can connect to an ERP and provide initial answers within 24 hours. Data processing and AI models are hosted in Germany, with GDPR-compliant features including audit logs and role-based access.
