About Institute for Labour Market Development
The Institute for Labour Market Development is a unique organization in Croatia dedicated to improving the labour market by implementing innovative strategies. Our primary focus is on supporting disadvantaged job seekers, as demonstrated by our successful projects. Our core principle is to ensure equal opportunities for all job seekers in the market.
This principle has guided our past and current projects, with particular attention given to individuals with disabilities, youth, and women who face significant challenges in the job market. However, our future projects and collaborations aim to include other marginalized groups. Despite our relatively short existence, we are prepared to take on significant challenges in the labour market, leveraging our expertise, internal and external resources, and strong network of partners.
