The Institute for Solidarity in Asia (ISA) is a leading non-partisan and non-profit governance reform organization in the Philippines. Our vision is to create a Dream Philippines where every government institution delivers and every citizen participates and prospers. Since our establishment in 2001, we have been working tirelessly to empower public institutions and bring about meaningful transformations through good governance.

We work directly with decision-makers to set up governance reform programs and build their capacities through training and one-on-one interventions. We also involve multi-sector leaders as governance mentors and advisors, and require government leaders to deliver impact reports in public forums. Our efforts have led to visible impact achieved through governance reform, which we showcase through our publications.

ISA has achieved several milestones over the years, including launching the Performance Governance System (PGS), partnering with national agencies and local governments to improve governance issues, and receiving recognition for our successful governance reform initiatives.
