About ISDAO
ISDAO is a brand dedicated to building an equitable and inclusive West Africa that is free from violence and discrimination. As a fund led by activists, ISDAO focuses on fostering a West African movement that advocates for sexual diversity and sexual rights. Their approach involves flexible grant-making and the cultivation of a philanthropic culture committed to promoting human rights and social justice.
By supporting existing and emerging LGBTQI initiatives, ISDAO aims to empower individuals and organizations to transform sexuality policies and achieve self-determination at all levels. In addition, ISDAO seeks to strengthen knowledge through the documentation of the lived experiences of LGBTQI communities and organizations in West Africa.
