ISDE is a dedicated initiative that facilitates access to financial support for sustainable energy measures in residential and commercial buildings. The program specifically targets enhancements such as hybrid heat pumps, solar boilers, insulation, and energy-efficient glazing like HR++ and triple glass. With the ISDE subsidy tool, users can effortlessly calculate potential financial aid for energy-saving improvements in their homes, ensuring a straightforward application process.

In 2025, the initiative provides a budget of €555 million for homeowners and businesses, supporting the adoption of energy-efficient technologies and biobased materials. Notably, the program is making strides in inclusivity by adjusting requirements for historic homes and decreasing minimum insulation sizes, promoting energy efficiency even in older structures. Furthermore, applicants can benefit from additional funds for using sustainable insulation materials. With a focus on accessible and environmentally friendly improvements, ISDE is paving the way for a greener tomorrow while offering tailored assistance to every homeowner.
