The International Society for Telemedicine & eHealth (ISfTeH) is a non-governmental and non-profit organization that aims to facilitate the international dissemination of knowledge and experience in Telemedicine and eHealth. As an umbrella organization, ISfTeH assists in the establishment of national Telemedicine and eHealth organizations, primarily in developing countries. ISfTeH offers various products and services to its members, including networking opportunities within the international Telemedicine/eHealth community, access to telemedical networks, participation in working groups on Telemedical standards and regulations, assistance on legal matters, and the opportunity to download relevant documents.

Members also have the privilege of participating in the yearly issue of a Telemedicine Directory and the chance to attend and support the organization's scientific conferences held across different continents. Moreover, ISfTeH promotes open dialogue and cooperation with the industry to foster the development and implementation of innovative and practical products and services. The organization also supports existing National Members and their activities.
