The brand's history dates back to 1842 when Isidore Leroy patented his simultaneous printing machine for multi-colored wallpaper and an engraving cylinder for paper and fabric.
This groundbreaking technology revolutionized the industry, replacing the traditional manual methods. Under the Second Empire, the Manufacture experienced its first golden age, with achievements such as awards at the Universal Exhibitions of 1855 and 1867 and the invention of the 26-color printing machine. During the Art Nouveau and Art Deco periods, Leroy House experienced its second peak, with innovative designs reflecting the spirit of modernity.
