Island Medical Specialists (IMS) is a medical practice located at 2A Beverley Vale Close in Kingston 6, Jamaica. Its doctors are trained and qualified in their respective fields, and the clinic offers consultations and specialist care for a range of health needs. Services include gastroenterology, hematology, internal medicine, nutrition, oncology, pulmonology, urology and genitourinary care, as well as oncology surgery and genetic testing. Patients can request consultations, colonoscopies, endoscopies and gene tests through the practice.

IMS also provides on-site Microlabs testing, with results delivered promptly; appointments are not required for most tests. Overseas tests are conducted at the Microlabs head office on specified days rather than at the clinic. The practice accepts major local health insurance plans and is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Its health information and announcements encourage preventive care, including colon cancer screening, and provide guidance on men’s health and nutrition. Patients can contact the clinic by phone or use its appointment request options to seek care.
