Islas del Mar

Islas del Mar is a master-planned coastal community in Puerto Peñasco, Sonora, Mexico, set beside the Sea of Cortez. Combining real estate, golf, hospitality, and nature, the community offers oceanfront condominiums, private villas, and residential lots, including lagoonfront and beachfront options. Its low-density development features a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, private beach club, pools, fitness facilities, and gated 24-hour security. Infrastructure includes underground power, water, drainage, and fiber-optic services, and permits have been approved for residential, hotel, condo-hotel, and retail development.

Residents and visitors can explore the property’s navigable lagoons and bird sanctuary, or stay in vacation rentals with ocean views, equipped accommodations, and full-service management. The Crane, located in the golf clubhouse, serves a varied menu and hosts celebrations with panoramic views. Islas del Mar also offers event venues for weddings, parties, and other occasions, including gardens and a beach club. The brand presents a coastal lifestyle centered on golf, leisure, real estate, and access to the natural surroundings of Rocky Point.
