Founded in a response to the escalating water crisis affecting millions, particularly in regions like Mexico City, Isla Urbana designs and installs collection systems that provide families with a sustainable water source for five to eight months a year, or even year-round. The organization has successfully installed over 43,100 systems, benefiting more than 474,000 individuals and saving millions of liters of water annually.
