About Stress Management
The International Stress Management Association (ISMA UK) is a prominent registered charity and professional body dedicated to advancing workplace and personal stress management, mental well-being, and performance. With 50 years of experience, ISMA UK advocates for effective practices and knowledge dissemination surrounding stress and mental health, both nationally and internationally.
ISMA offers a variety of resources and support services, including professional memberships for individuals and organizations committed to fostering a culture of well-being and performance. The association provides training courses, coaching, and a register of certified practitioners designed to enhance mental health initiatives in workplaces.
In 2024, ISMA UK will campaign to reduce stress levels and improve well-being, culminating in International Stress Awareness Week from November 4-8. The organization will also host the inaugural Stress Management Awards to honor significant contributions to enhancing employee mental health. Through interactive webinars and global summits, ISMA UK continues to lead in promoting health and reducing the stigma surrounding stress and mental health issues.
