Initially, ISNTC started with just one classroom in the Don Bosco compound in Tondo, Manila, dedicated to meeting the training needs of Filipino seafarers from the Hartmann group.

However, it has grown significantly and now caters to other manning agencies and shipping companies as well. What sets ISNTC apart is its commitment to practical training.
