About Internet Society Chapitre RDC
Welcome to Internet Society Chapitre RDC. We are dedicated to the development and promotion of the internet with the goal of creating a network that is open, connected, secure, and trustworthy. As a chapter of Internet Society (ISOC), we are a global organization of influence and action.
Our specific goals include promoting the use of the internet in the Democratic Republic of Congo, facilitating networking among digital ecosystem players, and encouraging the participation of Congolese digital sectors in cooperative projects. With over 300 members, we strive to bridge the digital divide and work towards digital inclusion in a country where 75% of the population doesn't have access to the internet.
