About Ison's
Ison's Nursery & Vineyard, located in Brooks, GA, is the most trusted name in muscadines. With a rich history dating back to 1934, when our grandfather planted the first muscadine vine, we have since grown into over 40 acres of vineyard and a nursery that offers over 200 varieties of fruit, nut, and berry plants. Our dedication to cultivating the best muscadines led our dad, Bill Ison, and Dr.
B. O. Fry to breed muscadines in the 1960s.
Their efforts resulted in 22 patented varieties of muscadine, considered the best for commercial vineyards, u-pick operations, and backyard enthusiasts. Aside from muscadines, we also specialize in blueberries, blackberries, and a variety of fruit and nut trees. Nothing compares to the taste of fruit picked fresh from the vine at its peak ripeness.
