About ISOPLUS SRL
Welcome to IsoPlus! We are a diverse and interdisciplinary team that aims to provide different perspectives when it comes to finding solutions. Our ultimate goal is to promote CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT as a philosophy. By applying our knowledge of ISO standards and LEAN tools, we design customized projects that meet the unique needs and expectations of each organization. Our services include the implementation of ISO Management Systems, such as Quality, Environment, Health and Safety, and Food Safety. We also assist with the implementation of Good Practices and Technical Standards, such as those from Anmat, Senasa, and Mercosur. Additionally, we offer Gap Diagnostics and Internal Audits.
Furthermore, our expertise extends to Last Planner System, a project planning approach based on anticipation and commitment, as well as the implementation of 5S, which focuses on Classification, Order, Cleanliness, Standardization, and Discipline in the workspace. We also specialize in redefining Corporate Social Responsibility through our B Systems.
