ISR Matrix

ISR Matrix International provides defensive tactics, subject-control and personal-protection training for law enforcement, military and security professionals, as well as civilians. Its programs are designed to be practical, structured and adaptable, with an emphasis on legally and ethically defensible responses, performance under pressure, and reducing training and workplace injury risks. The organization says its law-enforcement system has been performance-tested worldwide since 1999 and is designed to integrate with departmental procedures.

Training is available online and in person, including in Mesa, Arizona. Offerings include Police Jiu-Jitsu and instructor certification, defensive tactics for law enforcement, and civilian self-defense programs for people aged 16 and older. Specialized courses include the Matador Knife System, Clutch Combatives, women’s self-defense through ISR Counter Assault Tactics, and Physical Management for subject control, restraint and transport. Programs address practical skills alongside the legal and psychological considerations of self-defense and use of force. ISR Matrix also offers seminars and hosts courses, giving participants options for both individual learning and professional training.
