Founded in 2015, our company is dedicated to achieving excellent results in the field of construction work in Montenegro. Over the past seven years, we have successfully completed several luxury buildings at Luštica Bay as a turn-key project, including finishing works on the hotel Chedi. We have also been involved in various infrastructural and landscaping activities at the Luštica Bay project.

As a partner and investor, we are currently developing the Centrale Luštica Bay project, which includes 27 residential buildings, a piazza, sport terrains, and a children's playground, with a value exceeding 50 million euros. In addition to construction, we have sister companies involved in importing and rental of exclusive cars. We are also the exclusive distributor of electric carts from reliable suppliers in the European Union.

Another segment of our business is the distribution of food and beverages to all outlets in Luštica Bay and Mamula, with a focus on domestic producers. We take pride in our commitment to giving back to the community. In the past year, we have donated over 40,000 euros to welfare centers, maternity wards, and the Red Cross.

This has inspired us to establish the IS Foundation, which continues to support various charitable causes and organizations. With Montenegro's breathtaking Adriatic Coast, stunning lakes, national parks, and majestic mountains, the country serves as the perfect backdrop for our projects.
