About Istra
Welcome to ISTRA, Israel Short Term Rentals Association, the official organization uniting all short-term rental hosts in Israel. ISTRA works to promote common interests and provides an efficient solution for hosts in Israel. As the only body that brings together all short-term rental hosts in the country, ISTRA is committed to offering safe and furnished apartments for those in need.
In times of crisis, such as during wartime, ISTRA quickly organized agreements with the government to provide alternative housing for evacuees from the south and north regions. Recently, ISTRA has undertaken a national mission to provide housing for families affected by recent terrorist events. With a dedicated team of volunteers, ISTRA ensures that everyone has a safe place to call home, rebuilding communities and offering hope in times of need.
