Founded in 2012 by former competitive swimmer Rachel Sitarz, the club welcomes adults of all abilities and swimming backgrounds, from first-time learners to experienced athletes. Its programs support a range of goals, including fitness, cross-training, competition, improved technique, and greater confidence in the water.
Members take part in coach-led, 60-minute practices, with guidance tailored to individual skill levels and objectives. Coaches can adjust workouts when needed, while the club’s supportive, low-pressure approach encourages swimmers to progress at their own pace. iSWIM Masters also offers an Adult Learn to Swim program for those who want to develop foundational skills and become more comfortable in the water.
Beyond training, the club provides a welcoming community where members encourage one another and celebrate progress together. Flexible practice sessions are designed to accommodate busy schedules. Prospective members can try up to three practices for free before deciding to join.
