About Managed IT Services
IT. ie is a trusted provider of Managed IT Services for businesses across Ireland. Founded in 2004 by Eamon Gallagher, our customer-centric approach is driven by a team of dedicated IT professionals.
We began as PCtechnix, offering break/fix IT services to smaller businesses in Dublin. As the demand for remote and helpdesk support increased, we launched remotesupport. ie in 2008.
Recognizing the growth of managed services driven by cloud technologies, we transitioned our business model in 2014 to focus on fully Managed IT Services. In 2016, we rebranded to IT. ie after successfully acquiring the IT.
ie domain. Today, we are ISO 27001 accredited, a Microsoft Gold partner, and a member of the Guaranteed Irish community. Our mission is to provide subscription-based IT solutions to businesses in Ireland, while our vision is to empower businesses to grow and thrive by transforming the way IT is delivered.
