ItaliaTrust

ItaliaTrust is an Italian service focused on helping individuals, families and businesses establish trusts to organise and protect assets. It presents trusts as a way to manage property, company shares, vehicles, inheritances and other assets in line with personal, family or commercial objectives. Its offerings include family and asset-protection trusts, trusts under Italy’s “Dopo di noi” law for people with severe disabilities, and arrangements for succession planning, family businesses and charitable purposes.

For companies, ItaliaTrust describes options involving governance stability, holding shares, guarantees, refinancing and support for restructuring agreements. The service process begins with an analysis of the client’s financial and asset situation, followed by defining the key terms, reviewing a draft deed and arranging its execution before a notary. The website also provides information about costs, including estimates of notarial, registration and cadastral expenses for real-estate trusts, as well as frequently asked questions and contact options. ItaliaTrust aims to make trust planning more accessible by explaining different structures and helping clients identify an arrangement suited to their intended purposes.
