Itameshi Albany

Itameshi Albany is an upscale restaurant in downtown Albany, New York, bringing Italian and Japanese culinary traditions together in a distinctive dining experience. Created by the team behind Tanpopo and Pastina, the restaurant draws on Mediterranean and Pacific influences, combining familiar ingredients and techniques in inventive dishes.

The dinner menu features seafood, salads, pasta, and meat entrees. Guests can find dishes such as cacio e pepe gyoza, tuna carpaccio, sake-steamed clams, udon noodle Bolognese, squid ink spaghetti, miso salmon, and grilled New York strip steak. The menu also includes Wagyu, pork, chicken, and veal options.

A central feature is the internationally inspired cocktail program, with drinks incorporating Japanese spirits, yuzu, and other distinctive flavors, alongside Italian-inspired creations.
