ITao Buy

The service supports shopping from platforms including Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Xianyu, Weidian, and Yupoo, as well as purchases from private sellers. Customers can place an order by entering a product name or pasting a link, with manual order submission available for supported platforms.

After purchase, sellers send items to iTaoBuy’s warehouse in China, where orders can be consolidated for simpler handling. The company says its team inspects arriving products for defects and checks details such as size and color. Customers can then combine stored items into a parcel and select international shipping for delivery to their address. iTaoBuy presents its offering as a one-stop service, covering product ordering, warehouse receipt, quality checks, parcel submission, and global delivery. It also provides account and order tools, shipping estimates, forwarding assistance, and a help center. Shipping insurance is offered, with the site stating that insured parcels can include tax coverage.
