ITC-AeroLeasing, Inc. is an independent, family-owned Japanese aircraft leasing and sales company serving the international general and business aviation communities. Founded in 1989 as ITC-Leasing, it became ITC-AeroLeasing following a 2016 merger with sister company ITC-Aerospace. The company provides aircraft leasing, financing, sales, brokerage, and import and export services, alongside aviation project consultation and aircraft appraisals.

ITC leases and sells fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters, with a fleet of around 60 aircraft operating across the Americas, Asia, Oceania, and Europe. Its range includes single- and twin-engine turboprops, corporate and regional jets, and light, medium, and heavy helicopters. The company also sells spare parts and aircraft on behalf of third parties, specializing in pre-owned Japanese aircraft, including former government aircraft often offered through auction. ITC is an approved bidder for Japanese government sales.
