The Institut Traditionnel d’Enseignement du Qi Gong (ITEQG) is a professional school dedicated to studying and teaching traditional Chinese energetic and body practices. With more than 30 years of experience, it offers progressive, practice-based learning for people exploring these disciplines for personal development and for those preparing to teach. Courses are available in Paris, Reims and Brussels, with distance support and resources provided for some programmes.

Qi Gong is central to the institute’s teaching, alongside meditation and seated Dao Yin, Taijiquan in the Chen style, Baguazhang and other internal Chinese martial arts. Students can also explore Taiji body arts, including the ball, palm, fan, sword and staff. Specialisation programmes address adapting Qi Gong for older adults, people with reduced mobility and children, as well as individualised support through Qi Gong and meditation. The institute provides teacher-training courses, summer workshops and learning resources, enabling participants to build a pathway suited to their experience and goals.
