Balance Acupuncture & Integrative Health is a healthcare practice in Ithaca, New York, offering personalized care that brings traditional therapies together with modern, evidence-informed practice. Its approach is collaborative: services are intended to complement, not replace, existing medical treatment. The practice specializes in women’s health across life stages and welcomes anyone seeking individualized, integrative support.

Acupuncture is offered for concerns including menstrual discomfort, fertility support, menopause symptoms, headaches, pain, stress-related conditions, and chronic illness. Treatment plans are tailored to each person and may be coordinated with care such as physical therapy, counseling, massage, fertility treatment, or primary medical services. The practice also provides integrative health consultations, drawing on doctoral-level training and more than 25 years of clinical experience to consider symptoms, sleep, nutrition, stress, and daily routines. Personalized guidance may include lifestyle strategies, herbal formulas, and supplements. Additional services include herbal medicine and supplement consultations, massage therapy, hypnobirthing, and acupuncture for college students. Balance emphasizes careful listening and individualized plans to support wellbeing and the body’s capacity to heal.
