Itoman Sports School is a Japanese sports education provider offering programs for children and adults at locations across several regions of Japan. Its activities span swimming, tennis, fitness, and children’s sports, with lessons tailored to different ages and ability levels. For babies, parent-and-child swimming uses playful activities to support sensory development and bonding.

Children’s swimming classes serve ages three through junior high school and use a step-by-step progression to build confidence and swimming skills. Tennis instruction is available for children from age four through high school, as well as adults, from beginner fundamentals to match tactics. Children can also take part in hip-hop, dance, and school physical education programs covering gymnastics basics such as mats, vaulting boxes, and horizontal bars.

Adult services include fitness support to help participants find suitable exercise, swimming for a range of goals, and small-group tennis lessons at an indoor court designed for year-round use. The organization also describes partnerships with preschools and kindergartens, corporate membership arrangements, commissioned facility services, and preventive care programs
