ITP’s Mission: Cost-optimized machining and assembly of precision mechanical parts in small and medium series. Flexibility, skills management, traceability and respect of the environment are at the heart of the code of best practice that allow ITP to address the following markets with success: Aeronautics, Defense, Energy, Medical and Space. ITP has a Design Office and a Methods Office that accompany its customers from the upstream phases of a product to the product’s identical remanufacturing during its life cycle. Mechanical parts and assemblies are accompanied by production files (applicable configuration, process qualification, first article). ITP’s production is organized in two manufacturing flows: * Single or multi-unit manufacturing (prototyping, qualification, pre-series, very small series); * Series manufacturing in a secure cycle up to 10,000 units per year per reference with a supply chain under scheduled planning (SP/S&OP/MPS/MRP and production scheduling). ITP ensures the integration and validation of complete mechanical sub-assemblies.
