The All-Russian Hemophilia Society is a charitable organization established to support individuals affected by idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP). Since 2014, this organization has dedicated itself to advocating for the rights and improving the quality of life of ITP patients in Russia. With over 4,000 individuals diagnosed, including more than 800 children, the society aims to educate patients about the nature of their condition, lifestyle adjustments, and available social guarantees.

The society offers a variety of programs, including informational seminars and the "Patient School," where participants gain insight into living with ITP. It frequently organizes nationwide forums and publishes educational materials to raise awareness about ITP and its treatment options. The society also fosters communication with government bodies and the media to enhance medical assistance and access to necessary treatments for patients.
