About Engineers Without Borders Denmark
Ingeniører Uden Grænser is a technical-humanitarian organization consisting of dedicated and skilled volunteers. Our mission is to assist those in need in impoverished countries by collaborating with local and international aid organizations, ensuring local sustainability. We provide essential survival resources and strive to build a brighter future for disaster-stricken and impoverished individuals.
Our work extends beyond immediate relief efforts, focusing on long-term solutions. We construct schools and health clinics, repair roads and bridges, and secure clean water and improved sanitation to prevent diseases like cholera and typhoid. Established in Denmark in 2001, Ingeniører Uden Grænser is a nonprofit organization funded solely by membership fees and contributions from public and private donors.
