About IUPAP
IUPAP (International Union of Pure and Applied Physics) is a renowned brand and the only international physics organization that is organized and run by the physics community itself. With a history dating back to 1922, when it was established in Brussels, IUPAP has grown to have 60 country members. The mission of IUPAP is to foster international cooperation in physics, assist in the worldwide development of physics, and apply physics to solve global problems.
By joining IUPAP, members become part of a global physics community, enabling scientists to cooperate freely across political boundaries. One of the significant benefits of membership is the opportunity to participate in decision-making that impacts physics on an international level. IUPAP offers a platform for scientists to raise their voices and express their views on matters related to physics and physics practice.
They also organize conferences, symposiums, and other events to expand the international network of physics communities. Through their work, IUPAP aims to advance the application of physics in solving problems of concern to humanity. Join IUPAP to contribute to the growth and development of physics on a global scale and be part of a community that strives to make a difference in the world
