About IUSCA
Welcome to the International Universities Strength and Conditioning Association (IUSCA), a global non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing sports performance and academic excellence within universities around the world. At IUSCA, we believe in the power of collaboration and the sharing of best practices to revolutionize sports performance and academic departments.
Our mission is to empower educational institutions to elevate their sports/exercise science and strength and conditioning (S&C) programs, resulting in improved performance, knowledge, and well-being for all student-athletes and staff.
We offer a range of services to achieve our mission, including Degree Accreditation, Independent Department External Evaluation, and the International Journal of Strength and Conditioning (IJSC). Our Degree Accreditation process recognizes and endorses exceptional academic programs, distinguishing institutions that consistently demonstrate excellence in curriculum, faculty, and resources.
Through the IJSC, we contribute to the growth of knowledge in the field, featuring peer-reviewed research articles, case studies, and reviews from leading experts. We also foster collaborative networking opportunities, education and professional development resources, research and innovation initiatives, and advocacy for sports performance and academic departments.
