About IUSSTF
IUSSTF, the Indo-U. S. Science and Technology Forum, is an autonomous bilateral organization that promotes excellence in the Science, Technology, and Innovation space through collaborative initiatives between India and the United States of America.
Established under an agreement between the Governments of India and the United States in March 2000, IUSSTF is jointly funded by both governments. Acting as a catalyst, IUSSTF aims to promote long-term scientific collaborations between India and the U. S.
The organization creates platforms and mechanisms to connect the science and technology ecosystems of both countries, facilitating the development of sustainable and fruitful partnerships. IUSSTF's objectives include creating awareness about opportunities for cooperation in Science and Technology, capitalizing on scientific and technological synergy to build long-term partnerships, and supporting a program portfolio that strengthens strategic partnerships. By nurturing contacts between young and mid-career scientists, encouraging public-private partnerships, and fostering innovation, application, and enterprise, IUSSTF aims to foster excellence, mutual trust, and explore new frontiers in the field of Science and Technology
