Ixora Care

Ixora Care is an NDIS provider in the Northern Territory, supporting people with disability to live safely, comfortably, and as independently as possible. Serving communities including Darwin and Alice Springs, the organisation combines clinical oversight with person-centred support. Qualified nurses conduct health and lifestyle assessments, develop individual care plans, monitor changing needs, and coordinate with families, support coordinators, therapists, and health professionals. Support workers receive condition-specific training, while consistent care teams help build familiarity and trust.

Ixora Care works with people living with Motor Neuron Disease, Parkinson’s disease, cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury, intellectual disability, and mental health needs. Services include 24-hour in-home support, supported independent living, community participation, personal care and household assistance, medication oversight, and clinical risk planning. The team also supports complex needs such as ventilator care, seizure management, and enteral feeding, in coordination with healthcare professionals. New participants can start with a free clinical assessment, followed by a tailored care plan, an introduction to their support team, and ongoing reviews to keep services aligned with their goals and circumstances.
