De kracht van Ixta Noa is onder meer dat alle medewerkers en vrijwilligers binnen Ixta Noa werken vanuit ervaringsdeskundigheid: mensen die zelf een psychische kwetsbaarheid hebben (gehad) helpen anderen om hun psychische kwetsbaarheid te leren accepteren, te leren omgaan met (een leven na) een psychische kwetsbaarheid en het herstel hiervan.
