IZAR Construction

IZAR Construction, Inc. is a Northern California luxury residential builder specializing in architecturally significant homes across the Mid-Peninsula. The company works with homeowners, architects, and designers who value exacting standards, thoughtful collaboration, and careful execution. Its philosophy is to take on fewer projects and complete each one exceptionally well, allowing the team to remain closely involved, maintain quality control, and uphold consistent standards throughout construction.

IZAR’s work emphasizes precise architectural details, including crisp lines, accurate tolerances, clean material transitions, and coordination that respects the designer’s intent. The firm’s portfolio features a range of residential projects, from contemporary villas, hillside residences, and Mediterranean villas to Craftsman homes, French Provincial estates, midrise residences, and modern and urban townhomes. Across these varied styles, the company focuses on refined craftsmanship and durable results. IZAR presents its approach as quietly confident and detail-driven, with the goal of creating homes whose quality is evident in both their design and execution. The company invites prospective clients and design professionals to get in touch to discuss a project.
