About Izo Spirits
Welcome to IZO Agave Spirits, a premium brand that offers a wide range of mezcal, tequila, sotol, bacanora, and other agave spirits. Our brand is dedicated to preserving the legacy of agave, an evergreen desert succulent with over 270 identified varieties. Only around 40 of these varieties are used to produce agave spirits such as Tequila, Mezcal, Bacanora, and Raicilla.
Tequila, one of our specialties, is made from Weber Blue Agave and can only be produced in specific regions of Mexico. Our Tequila is crafted using traditional methods, including baking the agave hearts, fermentation, and double distillation. We offer Blanco, Reposado, Añejo, and Extra Añejo Tequilas, as well as the smooth and flavorful Extra Añejo Cristalino Tequila.
Our award-winning Mezcal Joven is made in the state of Durango from Agave Durangensis, a variety that takes several years to mature. Mezcal is known for its distinct smoky flavor, achieved by baking the agave hearts over oak wood.
