The co-founders of J127 Ranch, Victoria Charbonneau and Beth Turnock, bring a wealth of experience and passion to the organization. Victoria, with a diverse background including working on dairy farms, teaching, and being a foster parent, has an uncanny ability to connect with children. Beth, with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and 13 years of experience in residential treatment, excels in administration and small business development while helping others recognize their full potential.

The advisory team of J127 Ranch consists of distinguished professionals, including Dr. Kit Charbonneau, DVM, and Dr. Cindy Lee Charbonneau, DVM, who own Genito Animal Hospital and share a love for helping children.

Edith Parks, with a background in education and extensive travel experience, and Susan Werderman, who has worked in school administration and established ESL programs, also provide valuable insights and expertise. Through its programs, J127 Ranch aims to provide residential and day support, as well as social entrepreneurship opportunities. Their vision is to create a nurturing environment for underprivileged children and individuals in Kazakhstan, ensuring they are not overlooked or forgotten by society.
