J24

J/24 Class Hungary is the Hungarian class community for J/24 sailing, bringing together sailors, teams and enthusiasts around this one-design boat class. Its website serves as a hub for class news, race information and resources, while highlighting the activities and experiences of Hungarian J/24 crews. Visitors can follow championship reports, One Design Balaton Tour events and other regattas, review results, and browse photographs and articles from the sailing community.

The site also provides information about the J/24 class, its history, members and officers, as well as details about the boat and relevant documents and links. A key focus is the class’s closed measurement and equipment rules, which help ensure consistent competition by specifying what is permitted for the hull, rigging, sails and onboard equipment. The association shares opportunities for newcomers to get acquainted with the class, including open days, and offers contact information for those wishing to learn more. Its coverage includes Hungarian sailing and international events, including the 2023 J/24 European Championship in Balatonfüred.
