Jackpot.com is an independent, licensed lottery courier service that helps customers order official state and national lottery tickets online. Through its website and mobile app, users can choose games such as Powerball, Mega Millions, Millionaire for Life, state-specific draws, and scratch-off tickets. Players select their own numbers or use Quick Pick, then place an order for Jackpot.com to fulfill through an authorized retailer in their state.

After purchase, customers can view a scan of their physical ticket in their account, while the original is securely stored. The service provides notifications about wins and posts lottery results. Smaller prizes are typically credited to the account; for larger wins, Jackpot.com arranges secure delivery of the physical ticket and offers guidance on claiming the prize. The company says customers receive 100% of their winnings, while a service fee is shown before purchase. Jackpot.com is not affiliated with state lotteries or the Multi-State Lottery Association. Availability varies by state, and customers must meet applicable age requirements.
