Jackson Custom Homes

Jackson Custom Homes is a family-owned luxury homebuilding company serving Horseshoe Bay and the Texas Hill Country. Led by father-and-son builders Jeff and Heath Jackson, the company brings more than 30 years of combined experience in custom homebuilding, land development, and architectural design. Its hands-on approach keeps the owners involved from the initial consultation through construction and delivery, with an emphasis on understanding each client’s vision, lifestyle, budget, and timeline.

Services include guidance with land selection and evaluation, collaboration with architects and designers, design planning, permitting, site planning, budget development, and full construction management. Clients receive itemized proposals, regular progress updates, milestone walkthroughs, and a final home orientation, with post-move-in support available. Jackson Custom Homes highlights personal service, attention to detail, clear communication, and quality over quantity, taking on a limited number of projects each year. The company aims to create distinctive homes that suit their owners while reflecting the character of Texas living.
