Jacob & Bella’s Bridge is a therapy provider serving children and young adults from birth through age 23 in Sanger and surrounding North Texas communities. Founded from a family’s experience navigating autism and developmental services, the organization aims to make care more coordinated, respectful, and responsive to each person. Its services include individualized applied behavior analysis (ABA), occupational therapy, and speech therapy, delivered through an interdisciplinary approach that brings professionals and families together around shared priorities.

Care plans are shaped by an individual’s strengths, communication, preferences, needs, and meaningful goals—not a standardized program. ABA support may address communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, learning, independence, and daily living skills. Occupational therapy can help with sensory processing, motor development, self-care, feeding, and participation in everyday activities. Speech therapy supports communication in coordination with the broader care team. Depending on clinical needs and the service, therapy may take place in the clinic, at home, in the community, or through telehealth.
